A customer brought in a Predator REVO carbon fiber shaft experiencing a familiar issue — the factory adhesive securing the original silencer pad had failed, causing both the silencer pad and cue tip to detach.
We corrected the issue by installing a new silencer pad and a customer supplied tip, getting the shaft back in playing condition and putting another smile on a satisfied customer’s face!
